Comfortable and modern facilities, helpful staff

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The facilities were clean and modern - the rooms were equipped with a small kitchen and the bathroom was modern and clean. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. We also appreciated that the hotel was located near many restaurants and had access to the beach across the street.

The language barrier - we struggled to communicate with the staff who had limited English proficiency. This made it difficult to coordinate things like early check-in or request special assistance.

Our room was facing a construction site which was extremely noisy and woke us up early every morning. the hot water supply was not consistent, which made it uncomfortable to take a shower on some days.
